He has led statutory audits, reviews, agreed-upon procedures and IFRS reporting engagements in financial services, insurance, manufacturing, construction, real estate, healthcare, hospitality, logistics, the public sector and not-for-profit.

He founded M.W. & Co. in 2026 and personally leads every engagement, from planning to sign-off.

Practice Manager of M.W. & Co. She manages client onboarding, engagement scheduling, document management and the day-to-day operations of the practice, and is the first point of contact for client administration.

Over nine years across external audit, financial reporting, taxation and commercial finance. Trained at EY Ford Rhodes, including an assignment with EY Saudi Arabia, and then worked with KPMG in Riyadh.

Audit experience in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, consumer goods, manufacturing, oil and gas, energy and logistics; led audit teams and presented significant matters to senior management and Board Audit Committees.

Senior finance roles at Lucky Core Industries and Lipton Teas & Infusions, including regional commercial finance across Southeast Asia and Pakistan: FP&A, forecasting, profitability, financial modelling and pricing governance.

Leads income tax, sales tax and withholding compliance for Pakistan clients, and represents clients in tax notices, audits and appeals before FBR and the provincial authorities.
